Chameleon Software is pleased to announce a new service! The Chameleon Data Processing Center uses state of the art tools and techniques to shoulder the burden of high-volume payment processing, ongoing mailers, and repetitive data entry tasks. Professional data entry personnel process incoming mail the day it arrives, and the data is re-integrated seamlessly and effortlessly back into Chameleon. What we do will save you time and money, and our time-tested procedures can actually generate more revenue for the shelter.

Below are some of the key services the Chameleon Data Processing Center can provide.

Send License Renewal Notices

CDPC will send all renewal notices.

Receive and Process License Renewal Mail

CDPC will open the mail, process the payments (checks and credit cards), and perform any data entry subscribed to by the client as well as digitally image the check and rabies vaccination certificate. CDPC will also make available a website where your animal owners can renew online.

Receive and Process New License Mail

CDPC will provide a standard application for the public to purchase a new license. There will also be a web link available for animal owners to purchase online.

Receive and Process Renewals and New Licenses from other Vendors

If your agency makes use of Veterinarians or other vendors to renew and sell new licenses, CDPC can receive payments and records from these vendors to process.

Receive and Process Vaccination Records from Vets

If your agency receives vaccination records from your community Veterinarians, CDPC can collect and input these records into your database. Existing license records will be updated with the supplied information. For animal owners that don’t exist in your database a vaccination record will be created and a polite notice will be sent advising the citizen of license regulations.

Send Receipts/Tags for Successfully Processed Licenses

For each successfully processed license CDPC can send a receipt and/or Tag for the transaction.

Send Correction Notices for Incomplete Licenses

Each incomplete license will receive a receipt for their transaction with instructions on what to do in order to complete their transaction successfully.

Send Transaction Statements

CDPC will send you daily statements consisting of all transactions processed detailing revenue and transaction fees.

Send Problem Lists

Transactions missing vaccination information, proof of sterilization, inadequate payment or any other issues will be transferred into your database along with the appropriate problem code.

Transmit License Data Daily

Processed records will be transferred back to your database daily.
