This feature is modifiable for special local needs. Internet Web Site & Online Resources An Internet site is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Registered Users dial in to receive mail, post messages, or upload & download data. User forums can be joined or new topics begun. A local call can be made through an internet provider that will access the downloading of data and a browser.
Remote Assistance
This support is remote connect via the internet. Technical support personnel will instruct you how to easily allow support personnel to connect to your system and create a shared experience. HLP support can control your computer to assist in problem solving. HLP, Inc. support personnel can also allow you view their computer for demonstration and training purposes. Improvements
HLP, Inc. encourages suggestions from all our installed sites for improving Chameleon. If the new ideas will improve operations at a number of sites, then the suggestion is put on the list of improvements that are incorporated into Chameleon.
Diagnosis
The wide range of experience at HLP from hardware, to networks, to databases gives our staff an unusual advantage in tracing down the source of a problem. Referrals can be made if problems are not in Chameleon. We are always happy to work with your IT department to take care of our clients.
Corrections
As Chameleon software problems are discovered and reported, they can usually be corrected in the code with a few hours to a few days. This is determined by the urgency of the request to operations.
Chameleon Training Conference
The annual Chameleon Training Conference provides free training and user interaction. User’s attending the HSUS, AHA, and NACA annual conferences are encouraged to meet at the Chameleon booth to meet other users in informal gatherings. Some states have formed their own groups.
